OUR PEOPLE

Key Responsible People

To fulfil our mission of providing authentic and exciting wildlife encounters while operating with the most stringent environmental responsibility, CC Africa invests enormous energy into people. All staff are encouraged to grow and develop their skills and interests under the guidance of experienced colleagues and mentors. At the Inkwazi (Phinda) and Mwewe (Klein's Camp) ranger training schools, trainee guides undergo a rigorous six week course from which successful candidates are then placed in a three month internship at a CC Africa lodge. This period of training and mentorship ensures that every game drive and bush walk is safe, stimulating and sensitive to wildlife. CC Africa actively encourages the guides to move from region to region, and offers exciting travel opportunities for long-serving individuals.

CC Africa's conservation strategy is charted by a passionate team of individuals who have worked within the company for many years, and is geared to ensure that a commercially viable ecotourism business can make a significant contribution to conservation.
